5. Fees and Payments

• Payment Terms: Payments for our services are due upon invoice and may be processed via UPI, Credit card, Debit card. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the payment information you provide.

We will make commercially reasonable efforts to distribute your music to digital platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, and others, as specified in your distribution plan. However, we do not guarantee placement on specific platforms, and we are not responsible for any delays or issues with delivery.

• By You: You may cancel your account at any time by following the cancellation instructions on your account page. Once canceled, we will no longer distribute your music through our platform.
• By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at our discretion, including for any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
